Traci Miller is the owner and president of Color 3 Embroidery, a Warren, Ohio-based wholesale apparel decorating company she founded in 1995. Starting from her parents' home, she grew the business into a nationally recognized operation known for its quality and customer service. Traci has been honored as Woman of the Year by Youngstown Business & Professional Women, was a 2025 Athena Award Nominee, and continues to inspire others through leadership events like the Women’s LeadHERship Summit.
