Founded in Youngstown in 2003 by her grandfather, Fred Moran, and father, Pat Moran, Window World Penn-Ohio has grown into a family-owned business serving six markets across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Today, Mandi supports the company’s continued growth through marketing, company culture, employee engagement, leadership development, and community involvement.

Mandi’s career has been shaped by her willingness to grow wherever she was needed. Before transitioning into marketing, she helped build the company’s training department, developing systems and resources to support employees and strengthen the customer experience. Her role now extends far beyond traditional marketing as she helps guide the culture, relationships, and future of the family business.

A graduate of Leadership Mahoning Valley’s Class of 2026, Mandi serves with Boardman Rotary and United Way’s Women United Committee. She and her family also serve as 2026 United Way Campaign Chairs.

Beyond her professional and community roles, Mandi is a mom to her daughter, Mealla, and continues to navigate career growth, family responsibilities, personal change, and life’s unexpected challenges. Her journey has taught her that perseverance does not mean having everything figured out—it means continuing to show up, adapt, grow, and move forward.
